NON STATUTORY PARKING CONSULTATION
DECEMBER 2014/FEBRUARY 2015
Click to read the REPORT AND RESULTS' SUMMARY
Following consideration the following three recommendations were agreed by the JTB:
1 Kent Police will be asked to clarify what enforcement regulations they can/cannot enforce.
2 DBC to look closely at the SGRA report to put forward to
Kent County Council (KCC) with a view for a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).
3 KCC after consideration, to then introduce a TRO.
After taking advice a questionnaire was sent to all households within Ingress Park in December 2014, in order to seek views on how parking and traffic should be managed on the development's adopted roads, as well as on those roads due to be adopted in the future.
Following the consultation by the SGRA and input from the community a report and the results were presented to the
Joint Transportation Board (JTB) at Dartford Borough Council (DBC)
on Tuesday 3rd March 2015.
The report and results summary is now available as a download.
