Swanscombe and Greenhithe Residents Association By Residents - For Residents

Fields in Trust.....

During 2012, Fields in Trust ran their flagship programme The Queen Elizabeth II Fields Challenge. This aimed to protect outdoor recreational spaces across the UK to create a grassroots legacy from the momentous events of 2012:  Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Residents Association through Swanscombe and Greenhithe Town Council joined the celebrations by putting our parks in trust, protecting them for generations, safeguarding our open spaces for you, your children and your children’s children.

This means they can never be developed, except for enhancing their facilities.

The fields protected in Swanscombe and Greenhithe are:

Broomfield Park, The Grove, Swanscombe, Kent.
Manor Park, St Peters Close, Swanscombe Kent.
Swanscombe Park, Park Road, Swanscombe, Kent.
Knockhall Park, Knockhall Road, Greenhithe, Kent.
Valley View, Valley View, Greenhithe, Kent.
Saxon Court, Saxon Court, Whites Close, Greenhithe, Kent.

Knockhall Park, Knockhall Road, Greenhithe, Kent.
